Business Centers & High Rises ENKA commenced the construction of business centers with the office buildings built for Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency in Abha, Tabuk, Buraydah and Taif, in Saudi Arabia in 1983. Also the Prenzlauer Karree Business Center in Berlin, Germany was built in 1994. Construction of business centers in Russia started with the establishment of Mosenka to meet the increasing demand for class “A” office space in Moscow. At present Mosenka’s investments consist of six buildings in Moscow. The reconstruction and restoration of four buildings in the Sretenka district, which were completed in 1995 as an office and apartment complex offering a rentable area of 6,000 sqm; the reconstruction of the Tsvetnoy Palazzo, with a rentable area of 2,500 sqm, on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, completed in late 1995; the Chaplygina House on Chaplygina Street completed in 1996, offering a rentable area of 1,700 sqm; the Paveletsky Business Center with a rentable area of 72,000 sqm; the Supreme Court buildings; the Ministry of Finance Buildings and office buildings; for Transneft, Mars and Intel were the others to follow, all in Moscow. Currently ENKA owns and operates 320,000 sqm of class “A” rentable office space in Moscow. Presently, ENKA is constructing simultaneously more than 10 high rise projects in Moscow, Almaty and Dushanbe which are scheduled to be completed in 2008 and 2009.
