ENKA has been awarded as EPC Contractor to design, supply and construct a 411 MW Single-Shaft Combined Cycle Power Plant in Yajva District, Perm Region - Russia in July 2008. The facility shall be owned by OJSC “OGK-4”. The project will include a single shaft Siemens 1xSCC5-4000F-1S Power Train comprising of a Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Generator and Condenser. The Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) shall be manufactured and delivered by CMI. HRSG is vertical natural circulation type un-fired boiler. The Project shall also include all auxiliary equipment such as steam / water cycle, water treatment plant, controls systems, electrical systems, instrumentation, gas compressors and administration building. The contract is on lump sum turn-key bases and shall cover all the works including design, procurement, construction, start-up, testing & commissioning as well as the training of the personnel that shall work during the operation of the plant.
First concrete for the power plant has been poured on May 30th, 2009. The civil and structural steel works have been reached to 80% as of March 2010. HRSG Steel structure, diffuser and condenser erections started on April 2010.
The Project is targeting a completion date of May 10th, 2011 with zero accident policy and so far 1,400,000 manhours have been achieved without any LTI.
