In January 2006, ENKA signed a contract with Capital Tower Development LLP for the shell and core construction of the Esentai Park to be located at the heart of Esentai Park and at the intersection of Esentai River and Al-Farabi Boulevard in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Esentai Park, the new city center for Almaty, is a mix-used development of approximately 8.7 ha and will include seven buildings: the Esentai Tower and Ballroom, three Residential Towers, a Fitness Center and a Shopping Mall, all together, reaching up to a construction area of 368,000 sqm.

The Tower building, with its height of 162 m and a construction area of 87,000 sqm, was completed as shell and core in mid-2008 and its fit out works was completed in June, 2009. It is the tallest building in Almaty, incorporating several functions such as parking, offices, hotel, SPA and executive service apartments, all automated by a unique smart building system.

Hotel facilities, Ballroom, SPA and Residential Apartments located in Esentai Tower building as well as the three Residential Towers, will be operated by Marriott.

Esentai Park, including all its seven buildings, shall provide a clear view of the snowcapped Alatau Mountains and will feature the Kazakh motifs introduced in its exterior glass façade and will be the new landmark of Almaty.
