All employment decisions such as hiring, promotion, pay, termination, training opportunities and job assignments must be based on merit, not a person\u2019s legally protected characteristics. You must follow all applicable data privacy laws and ENKA\u2019s policies and practices regarding the handling of such information. You also must respect information privacy by only accessing and sharing confidential employee data for legitimate business purposes, with appropriate authorization, and on a need-to-know basis. Do not repeat or discuss this information with anyone who does not have an authorized business need to know it.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #025e9e;\">No Child or Forced Labour or Human Trafficking<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Our belief that all individuals should be treated with dignity and respect is firmly rooted in our core value of integrity. ENKA is committed to fostering an environment that recognizes and supports all aspects and dimensions of human rights set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. ENKA does not tolerate the use of child or forced labor, trafficking in persons, or procurement of commercial sex acts.
