Operating in diverse sectors such as engineering and construction, energy, real estate and trade, and in many different geographies, ENKA has made a commitment to serve sustainable development in all its operations.<\/p>\n

ENKA adopts a corporate sustainability approach that recognizes its economic, environmental and social responsibilities towards its internal and external stakeholders.         The Sustainable Development Goals, also known as the Global Agenda, were born at the United Nations Sustainable Development Conference held in Rio de Janeiro in 2012 and came into force in January 2016. The 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) and the 167 sub-targets that were identified form a set of aims that are directed towards the urgent environmental, political and economic problems faced by the world.<\/p>\n

        ENKA is a signatory of the Global Compact and it intends to contribute to the UN Global Agenda through its sustainability strategy, the decisions it takes and the operations it carries out.<\/p>\n
