<\/div>Established to improve the professional competences, process awareness, technical knowledge, and leadership and management skills of employees, ENKA Academy delivers management, technical and social skills trainings. During 2021, approximately 410 hours and a total of 5,344 person-hours of training in engineering development and social skills were provided at ENKA and its subsidiaries.<\/p>\n

Additionally, at all ENKA projects, a project-specific training plan is developed and implemented with the aim of ensuring that the members of the site teams at all levels are able to receive the training they need. These training plans consist of 4 stages: orientation, skill development, pre-job quality briefings and HSE. In addition to all ENKA employees working at sites, these training activities are also provided for the benefit of employees of subcontractors and supplier companies working at ENKA projects. In this context, a total of 646,361 person-hours of training was provided at the sites of ENKA projects during 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
