The Bechtel-ENKA Team on the Corridor 8 & 10d Motorway Project in North Macedonia\u00a0is taking a strong stand in raising awareness for suicide prevention, a critical issue in the construction industry worldwide.<\/p>\n
In addition to a series of Toolbox Talks focused on vital mental health topics like Understanding Mental Health & Mental Illness in the Workplace; Fatigue & Burnout; Psychological Safety, and Active Listening & Better Social Connections, the team has participated in the “Movember” campaign, walking\/running a total of 715 km \u2013 over six times the length of the entire project alignment!<\/p>\n
A donation to support the Movember cause will be made at the end of the month.<\/p>\n
