1st ENKA Schools Sustainability Meeting will be held between May 19-20, 2018 at Kocaeli ENKA Schools campus with the participation of approximately 45 students and teachers from Adapazarı, Kocaeli and Istanbul ENKA Schools. Within the scope of event, related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals;
- Prevention of excessive consumption / consumption habits
- Respect for Human Rights and prevention of discrimination / diversity
- Waste management
workshops will be held.
Committee studies will be organized by NGO representatives and leading student groups that will administrate each workshop. At the end of the committee studies, each working group will issue a declaration. Other NGOs/ platforms/ social entrepreneurs invited to the event will also have a chance to advertise by opening a stand.
Within the scope of the Sustainability Meeting, selected films from Sustainable Living Film Festival will be screened.
At the end of the event, e-certificates will be awarded to all participants in order to draw attention to paper consumption.
