ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. (ENKA) presents its strategic approach in the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas, together with its sustainability performance, goals, and the initiatives carried out within this scope, as well as its existing and potential risks and opportunities, and comparative sustainability indicators, for the information of its stakeholders through its annual Sustainability Report, in line with the principles of transparency and accountability. Prepared under the motto “Anticipate. Align. Advance.”, this report marks ENKA’s 9th Sustainability Report and serves as the primary reference for the Company’s ESG performance. The report covers ENKA’s operations in Türkiye and globally for the period between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025.

The 2025 Sustainability Report has been prepared within the same scope as the ENKA Annual Report, which is published annually and includes the Company’s financial reporting. In this regard, the report covers data and activities of ENKA’s Headquarters, its subsidiaries, affiliates and projects in Türkiye and abroad, and the ENKA Foundation. A detailed list of all units included in the reporting scope is provided in the Annex 2.
