Ethics is one of ENKA’s core values. The Executive Ethics and Compliance Committee was created in order to ensure that the ethics and compliance program supports this value. The Committee helps the company maintain an effective ethics and compliance program, to identify the principles to serve as the basis of such a program and to constantly promote an organizational culture that demands ethical business conduct and compliance with the law.
ENKA conducts its business with a corporate management approach that is ethical, transparent and accountable, and values open and transparent communication. Accordingly, the company maintains an Ethics Hotline so employees can report activities that may involve violations of ENKA’s Business Code of Conduct or Company policies.
ENKA Ethics Hotline is available during the working hours on Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Reports may be made anonymously in Turkish, English, Russian, Arabic, French and Kazakh languages.
