OUR PRINCIPLES AND POLICY

ENKA Volunteering Principles

Corporate values of ENKA, Integrity, Sustainability, Ethics, Trust, Innovation, Commitment and Solidarity , form a frame for the principles and values of the ENKA Volunteers Platform.

Our principles consist of listed subcategories and these are taken into consideration when voluntary projects are developed and conducted.

ENKA Volunteers reflect ENKA’s principles and values by complying with rules that are set out in the ENKA Volunteers Manual and the ENKA Code of Business Conduct in their volunteering work.

ENKA Volunteers Policy

ENKA Volunteers

  • Are sensitive to actual and current problems of society.

  • Work for providing social benefit and meeting social needs with the basis of volunteering.

  • Comply with ENKA Code of Business Conduct in their work.

  • Act to reflect the culture of diversity and inclusion as ENKA.

  • Do not discriminate against religion, language, race, religion, social differences and gender, and advocate diversity and inclusivity.

  • Support civil and societal cooperation.

  • Monitor and evaluate voluntary activities for continual improvement and develop new tools to widen their impact areas

  • Perform their responsibilities within the project/projects, attend necessary trainings and activities regularly.

  • Acknowledge that they represent their company and themselves in society, and therefore pay utmost attention to being a good model in society and shape their attitude and behaviors according to this frame.
