Employees join these programs voluntarily, based on their responsibilities within the company and their personal development goals — because we believe the first step to learning a language is having the desire to learn.
So far, one-third of our headquarters team has taken part, with a total of over 15,881 hours of training delivered. Many colleagues have advanced from beginner to advanced level, gaining the confidence to communicate effectively in these languages.
We have allocated over 2 million TL to this initiative, seeing every hour spent as an investment in our people’s growth.
