Material Assessment for Students in Kahramanmaraş
Past Project
On November 17-18, ENKA Volunteers worked at the Material Assessment Center of the Octopus Volunteers Social Solidarity and Sports Activities Association (“Ahtapot Gönüllüleri”). For two days, volunteers worked on sorting, cleaning, ironing and packing the second-hand clothes, used shoes and books to make them usable again by primary and middle school students in need in Kahramanmaraş.
ENKA Volunteers, with Octopus Volunteers Association, took a day trip to Afşin, Kahramanmaraş, on International Volunteer Day, December 5th, to hand out the clothes, shoes, toys and books they prepared and the stationery supplies they brought along and to meet with primary school students.
