Through ENKA Academy, the company offers management, technical, and social skills training programs designed to develop employees’ professional competencies, process awareness, technical knowledge, leadership and management skills.
In 2024, approximately 2,422 hours of training were provided in the fields of engineering development and social skills, totaling 9,310 person-hours. Since its inception, ENKA Academy has provided over 6,100 hours of training to more than 14,900 participants.
