The most prestigious award ceremony in Northern Cyprus is the Property NC Awards, which is an objective and transparent at every stage organized by the Property NC Magazine every two years. This magnificent event, where construction, design and real estate companies compete and ENKA was also a supporter this year, was held at Cyprus on Saturday, March 30th with the participation of 700 people.
Mrs. F. Olcay Ertürk, Vice President of ENKA, has determined the winners by evaluating the portfolios together with the jury team consisting of business people, academicians and sector representatives from 7 different countries. Fatma Olcay Ertürk, who was invited to the stage as the second speaker on the award ceremony, made evaluations about the development of the North Cyprus Real Estate Sector.
The Property NC Awards presented certificates of gratitude to the jury members and for their contributions to the Northern Cyprus Real Estate Sector. Then the jury members and sponsors announced the winners and presented their awards on the stage. The organization was also featured on local news channels and social media platforms.
