ENKA has launched an awareness campaign on 12 Life Critical Activities (12 LCA), which it has identified within the scope of evaluations carried out in light of accident trends in the construction sector and internal experiences.
This campaign will continue throughout the year, focusing on a different topic each month. The first Life Critical Topic selected for this campaign was the Mobile Equipment People Interface (MEPI) activities. As it is well-known, a significant number of serious incidents that occur on construction sites are due to the interface between heavy equipment and the employees.
To raise awareness, specific site inspections were conducted on this topic in all our projects throughout the month. A total of 3,473 person-hours of specific training and TBTs were provided on MEPI to increase awareness.
