EDMS is a global electronic document and project management software, designed and developed by ENKA Systems. EDMS is a complete corporate storage, sharing and collaboration platform which helps you manage all your paper and electronic files, company information. Designed for e-archiving as well as live document management, EDMS allows you to add your office and work documents as well as capturing information on paper documents by scanning your files directly into the system.

EGEM is a comprehensive equipment management system designed and developed by ENKA Systems to meet the needs of large scale projects and companies engaged in multiple locations around the world simultaneously. EGEM enables maximizing uptime, reduction in maintenance costs and equipment downtime for providing higher availability, reliability, maintainability, and profitability of the equipment.

The functions mainly include: equipment fleet inventory tracking, fuel tracking, preventative maintenance, repair maintenance, spare parts inventory management, work orders, history recording, and equipment reporting.

EGHR is a human resources management system software programme, developed with the flexibility to adapt to the legislation of different countries, which makes it possible to manage all “human resources” processes from the follow-up of requests for personnel to performance evaluations through the use of a single system. EGHR ensures the conduct of procedures related to the rights of the personnel, the accrual of dues, labour cost monitoring, leave procedures and the maintenance of documents. It has been developed with the flexibility to adapt to the special needs of very large projects and of companies operating simultaneously in more than one location in the world.

EGPS is a global procurement and warehouse management software, designed and developed by ENKA Systems, aimed to keep track of the whole purchase process for different types of purchasing scenarios for companies that have facilities at more than one location around the world. The main functions of EGPS which provides managing all phases of material, equipment and service procurement throughout all actions at every level are; creating purchase requests, issuing tenders, comparing and evaluating proposals, managing purchase orders, shipment tracking, receipt of materials, inventory management, goods withdrawn and reporting.

EGVN is a global vendor management system designed and developed by ENKA Systems, aimed to allow creating information repositories that include all suppliers, contractors and subcontractors engaged in operations in different geographies, different locations and different sectors and to ensure supplier evaluation. The main functions of EGVN which provides an interactive and up to date platform are; two way communication, flexible supplier evaluation system, tracking supplier documents as product catalogues, quality assurance documents, audit documents and financial evaluation results.

EHSE is a centralized digital database which makes it easy to manage, track and report HSE data of projects / business units in order to address all aspects of company’s top performing HSE program, ensure the safety of our employees and facilitate compliance with international standards. The module mainly includes Incident Management, Health Management, Environmental Management, Reporting, and Auditing sub-functions.

EGWM is a centralized digital database which makes it easy to manage, track and report welding data. The module mainly includes WPS, PQR and sub functions.

EGAS, when you are on holiday or business travel and have limited access to E-Cloud applications, you shall NEVER share your account information and password with anybody to finalize the duties in progress. You can temporarily delegate your authorizations to your colleagues via EGAS (ENKA Global Authorization System) in order to have continuous progress.
