The 35th Occupational Health and Safety Week which is held by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of Türkiye with the theme of “Effective Cooperation during Pandemic” is celebrated between 4 – 6 of May.
As ENKA, we continue maintaining effective cooperation with all interested parties during the pandemic to ensure all necessary mitigations are taken to protect our employees’ health and safety. In this manner, we are proud to announce that 827,000 person-hours of HSE training were conducted and 40,000,000 person-hours have been completed without any occupational-related fatalities in 2020.
Related to the pandemic measures, pandemic management plan implementation has been successfully maintained in all of our locations. Where test availability is limited, in-house PCR laboratories have been utilized. With the continuing vaccination process, vaccinations are going on in 11 different locations.
