As of June 30, 2002 ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. merged legally with its publicly traded shareholder company, ENKA Holding Yatırım Anonim Şirketi (ENKA Holding), which were under the common control of Tara Holding Anonim Şirketi and Tara and Gülçelik families. After the merger, shares of ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. are traded publicly on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
