Technical skills development training courses including a craft training are being conducted by Senimdi Kurylys LLP (founded by ENKA-Bechtel JV) Tengiz, Kazakhstan for employees of 3GP Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Installation works project.
The courses covered by ENKA Academy’s curriculum are designed and developed to ensure the employees’ progress in terms of business competency, process awareness and technical knowledge. The craft training program further involves on-the-job training implementation which allows the employees to gain experience in a controlled environment. The training sessions are delivered in the well-equipped training facilities, including practical craft training facility, hazard facility, welder training facility, scaffolding facility, and carpentry workshop areas.
By the end of October 2019, 1,142 employees had received a total of 45,000 hours craft training.
