By the mid of December 2019, the completion progress of 3GP Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Installation works in Tengiz, Kazakhstan reached 19% and the number of employees working on the project site achieved 2,400 and 3 million person-hours had been worked without lost time incident (LTI).
The major site accomplishments of the project include the completion of 46 module stacks and 23 modules set on foundation, the erection of 2,000 tons of structural steel, the fabrication of 2,800 tons of pipe as well as 10,000 m of pipe installation at site. Furthermore, 7,000 m2 equipment insulation had been completed, 4 Major Building construction works are in progress and 30 ea major mechanical equipment / vendor package had been installed on the project.
