The shopping mall “Kapitoliy – Sergiev Posad” located in Sergiev Posad, has been put into operation by ENKA in 2014. The project has 39,702 m² building area and has an open parking lot of 723 vehicles capacity. In addition to the supermarket and retail stores, the shopping mall hosts a cinema and an entertainment center along with a children playground and a food court including several restaurants & cafes. Shopping center is designed with high quality building materials and provided with everything necessary for a comfortable stay of visitors and employees of the center. Following the completion of project, it is now one of kind in the city.
