As part of this effort, a University Innovation Challenge Memorandum of Understanding was signed in December 2025 between Bechtel–ENKA, and the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Belgrade (Serbia), and Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, of Skopje (North Macedonia).
Through this initiative, selected third- and fourth-year engineering students’ teams will work alongside experienced Bechtel and ENKA professionals to develop innovative solutions with the potential to be applied across projects in the region. The program brings together fresh academic perspectives and real-world project delivery experience, and we look forward to the ideas, innovation, and positive impact that will emerge from this collaboration.
