Çimtaş Steel, a fully owned subsidiary of ENKA, was recently awarded the Fabrication and Delivery of Steel Girder contract for 1915 Çanakkale Bridge Project.
Together with the previously awarded contracts for 1915 Çanakkale Bridge Project, Çimtaş Steel will fabricate and transport all permanent steel structures of the Bridge with a total weight of over 90,000 tons.
Once completed, 1915 Çanakkale Bridge will be the world’s longest suspension bridge, with 2,023 m main span and 4,608 m total length.
