In line with its strategic goals and values, ENKA aims to possess high-level skills in all the sectors in which it operates and to ensure that these skills are sustainable.
In this context, both professional skills and social skills training programs were planned and implemented by the ENKA Academy for ENKA and its subsidiaries in 2023.
During the reporting period, approximately 488 hours and a total of 6,882 person-hours of training was given in engineering development and social skills. Since its establishment, the ENKA Academy has provided more than 3,700 hours of training to over 14,000 participants.
