In 1977, ENKA set to work on the processing units of the Middle Anatolian Refinery in Kırıkkale — marking our first step into oil, gas, and petrochemicals industry.
Nearly five decades later, that path has carried us from Tengiz and Sakhalin to Basra, and from construction and erection to full turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). With every new project, we have expanded our technical expertise, deepened our global experience, and enhanced our integrated project delivery capabilities.
At West Qurna 2 we carried our first complete turnkey responsibility; at West Qurna 1 we delivered our first stand-alone EPC — honoured twice over as an ENR Global Best Project.
Today our engineers shape projects from the very first design stage, from TANAP to Rovuma LNG, while our teams deliver EPC projects in Germany, in the United Kingdom, and back home at the Tüpraş refineries in İzmit and İzmir.
And in Basra, the AGUP Phase 2 Central Processing Facility for TotalEnergies now rises as the summit of this ascent — the most complete scope we have ever undertaken.
From construction to full EPC: almost fifty years in the making, and still climbing.
