Construction of the Kashirskaya Multi-Functional Trade Center is underway as one of ENKA’s own investment projects, on the same plot where another shopping center “Kapitoly-Kashirskaya” was previously built by ENKA.
As of July 10, 2016, Disassembling and Demolition of the Existing Building, Mobilization Works, Infrastructural Works including Bored Piles, Jet Grout Columns and Anchors, Excavation, Subbase Works have been completed. Whereas construction of the main reinforced concrete frame structure is underway with 21% of its concrete already poured. ENKA has managed to complete 5,549 m of reinforced concrete piles and 4,032 m of jet grouted columns, 14,301 m of anchorage placement in to soil, 363,668 m3 of excavation, 2,343 tons of cement usage, 35,418 m3 of concrete pouring and 4,530 tons of reinforcement processing since the commencement date. In addition, Project Team has managed to achieve 1,250,000 man-hours without any Lost Time Incident (LTI).
