Construction of ENKA’s investment project, Kashirskaya Multi-Functional Trade Centre with a gross construction area of 196,750 m2 has commenced in the third quarter of 2015 and is scheduled for completion by the end of year 2017.
A summary of the works that has been realized as of July 12th 2017 are as follows:
- 100% of infrastructural works, 98% of structural concrete works including 123,000 m3 of concrete casting and 20,100 tons of reinforcement placement, 67% of structural steel works with 4,300 tons of structural steel installation
- 1,200,000 man-hours of architectural works, namely 88,000 m2 of aerated auto claved concrete block wall, 181,000 m2 of surface preparation on wall and ceiling, 54,000 m2 of surface hardened screed and 30,000 m2 of cement sand screed
- 715,000 man-hours of MEP works including 130 km of piping , 64,750 m2 of ducting, 9,000 m2 of duct insulation, 660km of cabling, 44km of cable tray and 172 km of conduit/trunk installation
Meanwhile the project team has also managed to achieve a noteworthy ‘9,000,000 man-hours without Lost Time Incident (LTI)’ mark !
Upon completion, Kashirskaya Multi-Functional Trade Centre will be serving its customers with a complex of public amenities conveniently blending 186 retail stores, fitness, entertainment, F&B, hypermarket and one of Russia’s largest IMAX cinema ever built to present date.
