ENKA completed the detailed engineering and construction works of Multifunctional Medical Center Complex located in Gelendzhik, Krasnodar in Russian Federation.
This is one of the fast track projects of ENKA that had been planned to be completed in 13 months.
The State Commissioning Act of the Multifunctional Complex has been issued by the authorities to ENKA on 15 November 2017, which is 13 months later than the contract signing date (10 October 2016).
Multifunctional Medical Centre includes 28 beds, 5 VIP rooms, 1 Day- Stand room and 8 intensive care units. The building also comprises out-patient clinic that has latest technological medical scanning systems and equipment.
Included in the scope of works, Multi-flat Residential House Building has been designed as a modern living complex, consisting of 8 storey, including 1 underground car park floor. The building has 2 VIP flats and 42 normal flats, offices & meeting room and a fitness center.
Furthermore, New Laundry Building, located within the boundaries of the “City Hospital Complex” and completed by ENKA is a 2 storey building. The facility is equipped with modern laundry equipment and devices reaching to a washing, drying and disinfecting capacity of 4 tons/hr.
