The progress of architectural works amounts to 79.6% with 17,408 m2 of the brick walls and 15,274 m2 of gypsum board partition walls have been erected, a total of 33,750 m2 of screed has been poured. 24,665 m2 of ceramic floor covering and 2.813 m2 of natural stone floor covering works have been performed with respective completion rates of 98% and 90%. All elevators are installed and are ready for use. Exterior landscaping works and works at underground parking floors are substantially completed as well.
Major ongoing works on site can be summarized as; interior wooden wall cladding, glass partition installation, ceramic / granite/ marble wall covering, parquet installation, door installation and gypsum/metal suspended ceiling works.
As for MEP works:
Mechanical works progress rate is roughly 92% while Electrical works progress rate is around 81%. Weak Current Systems works have reached only a 43% completion due to ongoing revisions introduced by the Employer.
Installation of transformers, cooling / air conditioning equipment and the heating center are completed and have already been put into operation. As of today, installation on 68,123 m of stainless-steel pipes, 8,841 m of steel pipes and 33,272 m2 of ventilation duct works have been completed. 839 km of cables has been laid within 20.6 km of cable trays installed.
The contract of the project had been awarded in April 2017 and ENKA’s scope of works are scheduled for completion in April 2020.
