The latest project of ENKA TC, Kashirskaya Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Center, won the prestigious international European Property Awards and received awards in two nominations at once – “Retail Architecture, Moscow, Russia” and “Retail Development, Moscow, Russia”.
On October 25, 2018 a grand ceremony of awarding the winners was held at the luxurious “Royal Lancaster London” hotel , and the annual award in the field of residential and commercial real estate was presented to the General Director of ENKA TC, Murat Duran.
The best development projects and design concepts were appraised by an authoritative professional panel, which included representatives from different countries of the world.
Kashirskaya Plaza is a new modern shopping and entertainment center in the south of Moscow, which was built by ENKA TC within 2.5 years.
The non-standard architectural concept of the Shopping and Entertainment Center embodied the idea of the unity of the following four natural elements: water, air, fire and earth. The concept is reflected in the functional zoning of the Complex, as well as in the materials and decorative elements, architectural forms, design concepts and the color palette of the shopping galleries. Shops, an entertainment center, a cinema with the European largest IMAX hall, a two-story fitness center with a swimming pool are located on 195,500 m2. A special feature of the project is a roof with a recreation and sports area, where tennis and basketball courts, restaurant verandas and an ice rink are located.
The investment in the construction of Kashirskaya Plaza amounted to 277 million US dollars.
The architectural concept of the object, awarded by experts of the European Property Awards, was developed by the famous American design bureau Jerde together with the Russian design bureau and ENKA design group.
