The Khabarovsk Refinery Hydroprocessing Project consists of an expansion to the existing refinery. The Scope of erection work includes several main units, which are Hydrocracking, Hydro-treating and Hydrogen Manufacturing Units. This “brown field” Project scope includes 2,500 t structural steel erection and fireproofing; 2,850 t of equipment erection and insulation; 1,600 t piping fabrication, erection, painting and insulation.
