
ENKA, within the framework of the construction of Nizhnekamsk 495 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, has fully completed its mobilization activities and current rate of progress on construction works reached 31.5% as of 31 December 2019.
Commodities purchasing is 60% complete and 2x gas turbines with uxiliaries, steam turbine with auxiliaries, condenser, 3 x Generators, 2 x HRSGs with auxiliaries and 3 x GSU transformers delivered to site.
The major site accomplishments of project include 2 x Gas Turbine, 1 x Steam Turbine, 3 x Generators, Condenser and 3 x Step Up Transformers placement on foundation, 2 x HRSGs steel erection and 12 Modules installation (2,400 tons for 2 HRSGs), 175 tons UG steel pipe installation. Furthermore, 4 Major Buildings and Cooling Tower construction works are ongoing and within the project scope 21,300 m³ of concrete pouring, 3,400 tons of structural steel erection, 12,000 m² of sandwich panel installation have been completed.
Meanwhile, the detail design works are ongoing and a progress rate of 80% has been achieved.
