The overall rate of construction progress on Kashirskaya Multi-Functional Shopping Center project, planned to be opened on 24 May 2018, has reached to 97.57% as of 21 March 2018.
Infrastructure and structural works within the scope of ENKA İnşaat, including a total volume of 127,900 m3 of concrete poured; 20,483 tons of rebar installed and 6,350 tons of structural steel erected had been completed by May 2017.
Regarding the architectural works, a total of 101,862 m2 of gas concrete block walls have been erected and 176,067 m2 of screed have been poured. The installation of 29 elevators, 40 escalators and 6 conveyor units has been completed, and the installation of the equipment added to the project scope upon tenant requests is about to be completed as well. 45,202 m2 of façade cladding and 2,210 m2 of glass partitions; 13,792 m2 of terrazzo and 5,917 m2 of granite cladding are finished.
