ENKA has signed a two-year contract for the third phase of the High-Technological Medical Complex in St. Petersburg, Russia.
The purpose of the project is to create a new generation medical center, based on the closed cycle principle, where the treatment of patients will be combined with general medical care and rehabilitation. The scope includes full design (for structural, architectural, MEP and medical technology disciplines) construction, internal finishing, architectural and electromechanical works of the multifunctional medical center as well as underground gallery, communication collector and outdoor networks.
Construction activities of the third phase has already begun in parallel with ongoing second phase which is completed with a progress of 75%.
