After its completion, the Complex, which will play an important role in the fight against cancer thanks to the Proton therapy method available in several centers around the world, will greatly reduce the amount of radiation exposure during the treatment thanks to this system.
The complex, which will have a closed area of 112,000 m², has a helipad for emergencies and its own ambulance call center. It will play a major role in the health services in the region with its 2 high-level VIP, 36 VIP, 25 pediatric, 35 oncology and 9 infection patient beds, a total of 374 patient beds, and a laboratory with an area of 1,300 m² that will serve both the Complex and other health centers.
Construction activities of the Complex continue with 1,695 employees and 193 machinery & equipment. The completion rate of the Phase-2 works covering foundation and basement floors, ramps, excavation-filling, insulation and reinforced concrete activities is 94% and the reinforced concrete work of the main hospital building reached 76.22%, the progress on the Phase-3 including the design, construction, mechanical, electrical and architectural works stands at 9.75%.
