The construction of the Kırklareli Natural Gas Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Thermal Power Plant, undertaken by ENKA Kırklareli Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. as its own investment in Kırklareli, Türkiye, is progressing steadily. The project scope includes engineering, manufacturing, on-site deliveries, erection works, as well as the operation, commissioning, start-up and testing of the plant. Upon completion, the plant will achieve an output of 850 MW, utilizing natural gas as its fuel source.
As of the 1st week of September 2024, the project has achieved 2.8 million person-hours without any lost-time incidents. This milestone highlights ENKA’s commitment to occupational safety and sustainability, reaffirming our dedication to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
