Recently, it has been determined that non-ENKA news and advertising publications have been made regarding the recruitment of personnel for ENKA’s international projects or offices, and candidate interviews were being planned by people who dealt with publications and a certain fee was being requested from the candidates for the successful conclusion of the applications.
We would like to inform that subject news and advertisements are not real and the people who publish are not related to ENKA.
Also, we would like to remind the public again about the recruitment process carried out by ENKA;
Announcements regarding ENKA recruitment processes are made on the official website of our company, kariyet.net or LinkedIn accounts by our HR (Human Resources) experts. ENKA official email addresses are used for recruitment announcements, not Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc email addresses.
Our HR experts contact candidates only via phone or e-mail, and face-to-face or online meetings are held in our office buildings. Our interviews are carried out by our HR experts and technical managers following our web-based evaluation. And after that, we proceed to the wage proposal stage, which is the last step of the recruitment evaluation process.
The personal data of the candidate is requested by the authorized ENKA staff in accordance with the Information Security procedures prepared in line with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, after the approval of the candidate’s wet signature, and it is never requested by e-mail.
The personal documents that should be prepared during the recruitment processes are under the responsibility of the individual.
Apart from this, no wages are requested from the employee candidate of the company and all the costs related to employment abroad (visa, travel fees) are covered by ENKA.
