As per the company’s sustainability policy, Sustainability Training was conducted during July 17-19, 2018 for all local employees of ENKA Real Estate Companies in Moscow.
The training including lectures, workshops and case studies was held by Eco Standard Group, a leader in engineering and environmental consulting services in Russia and Prof. Ryazanova N.E., Head of Ecology Laboratory of MGIMO.
During the training session, the specialists working with the international agenda and environmental reporting shared their knowledge with the company’s employees.
It should be noted that such a profound approach to training and motivating employees to achieve Sustainable Development Goals of company might be the first experience in the Russian business sector.
The company, through this training, has increased the competence and interest of employees in their capabilities, both in achieving the goals of the UN Global compact and the Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
