By the end of 2018, all infrastructural and structural works of the TAIF Business Centre Project in Kazan, Tatarstan / Russian Federation had been completed, and completion of façade works had reached 95%. The building is sealed and heated with temporary heating system and prepared in order to encounter winter conditions during execution of finishing works. The project had reached a completion progress over 60%.
TAIF Business Centre Project has a total gross area of 51,714 m². There will be 22,910 m² of car park and 28,804 m² of office space with high quality internal architectural finishes and an esthetical external glazed façade.
