Buildings of the State Duma at Okhotny Ryad Street belong to the oldest historical landmarks of Moscow with great architectural significance. The reconstruction and renovation works of the buildings with 100,000 m2 total construction area were completed in three months duration, in September, 1994. ENKA took special care to preserve the original characteristics of the buildings during the reconstruction works.
