It includes office, data center, and utility spaces, with a total construction area of 13,372.05 m², plus an additional 4,610.59 m² allocated for the seismic isolator floor and terraces.

The building features four open-plan office spaces, a social hub with a canteen, and six data halls. A basement level has been constructed to accommodate the seismic isolator floor. This basement will also house horizontal electrical distribution lines, as well as shelter, car parking, and storage areas. The fit-out of the data halls will be executed in two phases.

The office zone spans six floors, while the data center zone comprises four floors, with cooling equipment located on the rooftop. The utilities are housed in separate on-site buildings, including the security building, medium voltage (MV) building, underground water tank, and underground diesel tanks.
