The project of Petrovsky Passage Shopping Center undertaken by ENKA included design and restoration works with all reinforcement of the foundations, construction of 1,200 m2 loading annex adjacent to the existing building, up to date mechanical, electrical systems, computer network, interior design and furnishing. Total construction area is approximately 23,000 m².
