Paveletskaya Business Center, located on a 1.26 hectare plot of land on Paveletskaya Square on the Grand Ring, was one of the ENKA’s major development projects in Moscow. The contract included the turn-key engineering, procurement, and construction with a lump-sum basis.
The 12-storey, 25,000 m2 office building was constructed in 1997 as the first phase of the project. The second phase, a 27,100 m2 office building was completed in 1998. Each of the two phases was built in nine (9) months. The buildings were also fitted out by ENKA in accordance with the tenants’ requirements.
The third and final phase of Paveletskaya Business Center was the construction of Paveletskaya Tower. The 27-storey, 60,000 m2 building has four underground levels, accommodating a restaurant and car parks. The construction of the tower was completed in March 2003.
