ENKA Kırklareli Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. has undertaken the construction of the 852 MW Kırklareli Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant located in Kırklareli city in Türkiye as its own investment.

The power plant utilizes advanced combined cycle technology featuring the GE 9HA.02 gas turbine and hydrogen cooled generator (H78), 1 D650 steam turbine and air-cooled generator (A78), 1 triple pressure reheat heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) to be supplied by GE, 1 air cooled condenser (ACC), 1 gas regulating metering station (RMS) and all associated equipment and systems.

Operating at full capacity, the plant is expected to meet the annual electricity consumption of approximately 2.5 million households.
