ENKA was awarded the contract to perform procurement and construction activities for the Philip Morris Izhora Cigarette Factory. The scope of the project included civil, steel structure, architectural, electro-mechanical and automation works of the Additional Production Unit, Technical Service Buildings and New DIET Building & Primary Building Extension to increase the existing 40 billion cigarettes/year output capacity of the factory to 70 billion cigarettes/year.
