The Maternity Hospital was constructed by ENKA on a 47,500 m² area as a turn-key project with engineering, procurement, and construction basis, including the installation of the latest medical equipment and technical systems. The project was completed successfully within 24 months, as planned. The hospital was equipped with sophisticated systems, far more complicated than the standards set for its type. The design covered the characteristics required for maternity hospitals in architecture as well as in mechanical and electrical systems.

The project included the design and construction of a seven storey main and auxiliary buildings of the hospital, furthermore the works consisted of the supply & erection of medical equipment package and electro-mechanical works.
