White Square Office Centre is located in Moscow, city center adjacent to the Belorusskaya Metro Station. The contract comprised the construction of the multifunctional office complex having 3 mid-rise office buildings, namely Buildings A, B, and C, with a common underground car park of 3 levels.
The total construction area of the project was 109,100 sqm.
The Buildings A and B have 16 stories with an office space of 31,000 sqm and 27,000 sqm, respectively., The Building C, on the other hand, has 7 stories with an office space of 9,000 sqm. The three-storey underground parking area has a total capacity of 840 vehicles. The sheel & core works of all these structures were completed by the mid-November 2009.
In addition to the ‘shell & core’ works, the fit-out works for Buildings A and B were undertaken by ENKA with two separate contracts signed in April 2008.
The completion dates for Building A and Building B fit-out works were October 30 and June 15, 2009, respectively.
The total number of personnel who worked during the construction of all three projects is circa 1,600 including 60 technical and administrative personnel at its peak period.
Due to its unique architecture, the White Square is known not only as a business center that houses such multinational companies as Deloitte, McKinsey & Company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, but also as a community landmark, largely due to its fountain (which, during the winter holiday season, is covered with a giant Christmas tree), piazza, mix of cafes and restaurants, community-focused events, and its view of the adjacent Nikolai Chudotvorets Church.
