The Corridors 8 & 10d Motorway Project in North Macedonia is progressing through the joint efforts of ENKA and Bechtel. More than 1,700 people, including subcontractors, are actively working across various project areas.
In Section 1, significant progress has been made in the construction of the accommodation camp. As of the end of March, the accommodation capacity has reached 740 people. Furthermore, the construction of the buildings is advancing, and earthworks on the parallel road are underway.
In Sections 2 and 4, earthworks and construction of structures are progressing, with drainage works also underway.
Throughout Section 4, the identification and clearance of materials defined as Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) carried out by the North Macedonian authorities are still ongoing at the site.
As of the end of March 2025, the highest number of 754 days and 4,562,379 person-hours without a lost time incident were reached on the project.
