ENKA is progressing on the San Juan Cruise Port Development Project in Puerto Rico, following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) in September 2024.
The scope of work encompasses marine works at the Pan American Piers Wharf, rehabilitation of Pier 4 Wharf and upland works at Pan American Piers 1 and 2.
Designed to transform the Port of San Juan into a world-class cruise destination, the development focuses on modernizing critical infrastructure and unlocking the port’s full potential as a premier hub for international cruise tourism.
Scheduled for completion within 24 months, the project is expected to generate substantial economic benefits for the region.
As of November 22, 2025 the first 425 feet of Pan American (West) Wharf have been completed, and overall project progress has reached 41.2%.
